General Information

In light of new data about how COVID-19 spreads, along with evidence of widespread COVID-19 illness in communities across the country, CDC recommends that people wear a cloth face covering to cover their nose and mouth in the community setting. This is to protect people around you if you are infected but do not have symptoms.

A cloth face mask should be worn whenever people are in a community setting, especially in situations where you may be near people. These settings include grocery stores and pharmacies. These face mask are not a substitute for social distancing. Cloth face masks are especially important to wear in public in areas of widespread COVID-19 illness.

Yes. Wearing cloth face mask is an additional public health measure people should take to reduce the spread of COVID-19. CDC still recommends that you stay at least 6 feet away from other people (social distancing), frequent hand cleaning and other everyday preventive actions. A cloth face mask is not intended to protect the wearer, but it may prevent the spread of virus from the wearer to others. This would be especially important if someone is infected but does not have symptoms. View CDC’s guidance on how to protect yourself.

Cloth face masks should not be placed on young children younger than 2 years of age, anyone who has trouble breathing, or is unconscious, incapacitated or otherwise unable to remove the cover without assistance.

Surgical masks and N95 respirators are in short supply and should be reserved for healthcare workers or other medical first responders, as recommended by CDC guidance.

Use and Care

Cloth face mask should fit snugly but comfortably against the side of the face. It should be secured with elastic ties and allow for breathing without restriction. They should be able to be laundered and machine dried without damage or change to its shape

Individuals should be careful not to touch their eyes, nose, and mouth when removing their face covering and wash hands immediately after removing.

Shipping

For domestic orders we generally ship through the United States Postal Service (USPS) Monday through Friday, and some Saturdays excluding holidays.

Larger orders are usually shipped via UPS or FedEx

For international orders, USPS is often the most affordable option but we do also offer shipping via DHL.

Small orders are shipped within the Continental US via First Class or Priority Mail. Most orders will arrive in 2-3 business days but can take up to five days to arrive.

Processing times are generally a few hours but can take up to 2 business days. 

Please check your tracking number to see if your order has entered the system. If you do not have a tracking number from us, your order has yet to be processed.

All U.S. orders can be tracked on USPS.com. In order for tracking numbers to work, it needs to be scanned into the system by USPS. If you receive an email that your package is being prepared and it is a weekend, we may have prepared your shipment for pickup but it has not entered the system yet.

If the tracking does not update in 1-2 business days, please let us know and we will look into the order for you!

The cost of shipping varies based on the weight and distance and will be calculated during the checkout process. 

Please contact your local post office, quoting your tracking number, to see if a parcel has been left for you; In certain cases a parcel will be left at a local post office if the recipient is not available upon delivery. If you have not been able to locate the parcel after doing this please email info@dragsyndicate.com with your order number and shipping address.
